Timmy Curran releases his 4th full length album "Alexander Road". The album was produced by Jesse Seibenberg at Brotheryn Studios in Ojai California. Tracks from this album such as Super Hero, Numb, Young Brave, and With You feature musical icons such as Joey Waronker of Atoms For Peace, Mikael Jorgensen of Wilco and Gabe Noel whose credits have appeared with artists such as Kenny Loggins and Foster The People.
When asked about inspiration for this new album Tim says, "a few of the songs were inspired from my own personal life experiences and the others are about what I have seen some of my closest friends going through. Many of the songs on the record were written as is if I'm singing from their shoes".
Many of the songs were written in a family cabin up in the woods of Oregon's Coastal Range. The single titled "Freeze" is about his daughter, Lily, and how fast time is going and if he could only freeze some of these most precious moments with her in time. Another track titled Young Brave was written about young kids and families who are battling with cancer. Tim is an ambassador for The Young & Brave Foundations which raises funds and support for people with cancer.
